HotShot heats up the washer fluid to a temperature of 150º
F in order to achieve optimum cleaning performance, without damaging the
windshield or the paint.
The two HotShot modes of operation are easily set by pressing a button
Automatic mode: For quick cleaning
of your windshield before driving. The fluid will heat up in about 30
seconds. Followed by 6- 8 automatic jet sprays at intervals of 10 seconds.
HotShot can be switched off using the button or it will switch off automatically
after a maximum 2.5 minutes. HotShot is activated by pressing a button
that can be conveniently mounted on the vehicle dashboard.
Standby mode: The standby mode is recommended for cleaning
and preventing fogging and re-freezing of the windshield. The washer
fluid is heated and kept warm. When the driver activates the washer
system, the heated fluid is automatically sprayed onto the windshield.
